Lauren + Shannon

Lauren and I were friends on Facebook long before we'd actually met - It seems to be what photographers do, they friend each other, and this was the case since Lauren is the lady behind the lens over at Urban Sugar Photography. Lauren contacted me about photographing her wedding at the end of 2014 and I've watched as the plans for her and Shannon's wedding fell into place. I knew it would be an elegant affair - I dont think there was a detail overlooked or stone left unturned, they covered it all.

There is an extra bit of pressure when you photograph an event for another photographer - For no other reason other than they've seen so many photographs - They have so many more reference points than anyone else that just books you to do your job. Fortunately for me, Lauren and Shannon were dream clients and simply allowed me to do my job. They presented the perfect backdrop for a wonderful celebration and then just soaked up every moment of their big day.
