Bali: Part 3 - Ubud
With very little time to spare, we checked out of our hotel in Benoa and met up with our new friend Buddy - He had been driving us around for the duration of the week and wanted to take us up to Ubud. Along the way we made a few stops at the silver manufacturing factory, a fabric manufacturer, a coffee plantation - where we tasted Luwak coffee (A civet eats a single coffee cherry and once it has a bowel movement, the bean is picked out and ground). For real.
We then went on to the rice fields which were amazing - before checking in to our hotel - Casa Luna Honeymoon Guest House.
That evening we witnessed a traditional chinese tea ceremony (part of Laura and Stacy's wedding) - The next day was the reason we'd gone to Bali in the first place... The Wedding :)
The wedding took place on the most amazing hill, with breath taking views - It was great to be a guest and a part of such a special day in such an exotic location.
We ended off our time in Ubud taking in some more of its spectacular views.
