Weeks before their wedding, I met up with Caitlyn and Corbin so that we could do a walk around their venue and I could learn a little more about them. I discovered their passion for the outdoors, Caitlyn’s obsession with dragon flies and Corbin’s desire to make Caitlyn as happy as he can.

The venue and their plans for a complete outdoor wedding (Ceremony, Canapés & the reception), all sounded amazing - I was excited when the wedding day arrived - With it however, so had the South Easter.

Luckily, it was as if the weather gods received a copy of the wedding timeline - Minutes before the ceremony was due to start, the wind dropped completely and the heat intensified just a little to keep all of their guests a little warmer for their evening in the woods at Paul Cluver Wines.

I loved Caitlyn and her mom’s walk through the forest to the aisle, the backdrop to their I do’s and then the intimate gathering of family and friends under the fairy lights for dinner and dancing.

All in all, a magical day <3
