The Swanepoel Family

Growing up I wanted to be a twin. The idea of being able to see a real life size version of yourself sounded very appealing. Henco and Jan find themselves in this very position. Twins. I met them and their folks Tania & Tersius on the weekend. They're a lovely family - Full of fun with a dash of mischievous on the side. A great combination.

The day started with bright blue skies and by the afternoon it was very grey, full of mist - I called Tania to confirm they were happy to go ahead with the beach portion of the shoot in the mist, and she said, she was ready for it. I loved that because grey skies make beautiful soft light, especially when you're on the beach.

We started at their home and then headed to the beach just down the road - Such a relaxed, happy family. Enjoy your pics!
