When I met up with Cindy and Evan a few weeks before the wedding, Cindy was in tears. Happy tears. She cried each time she thought about the day. A day or two before the wedding when I called to ask her how things were going, she cried. Happy tears. I joked and asked if she needed me to brush up on my eye make-up applying skills for their wedding day. Of course, on the day of the wedding she was all smiles. Ready. Excited. About to marry Evan.
Of course every wedding is special and every wedding has it’s “things that don’t go according to plan” – Cindy & Evan chose Friday the 13th for their wedding day – Worst case scenario, they always had that to fall back on. “It’s Friday the 13th, what did you expect”. There was no doom or gloom on their big day, just plenty of love, laughter and celebration.
Look at how in love these two are – It’s evident in every single photograph – The way they look at each other is incredible.
Their gorgeous children did almost steal the show – Cindy’s daughter Megan gave such a heart warming speech, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house and Evan’s son Ethan’s eyes swelled with pride as he listened to his dad’s speech. It’s the unscripted moments that make lifetime memories.
Introducing, Mr & Mrs Westley.
Thank you Karin Coe for your help on the day.
