I’m not a chef. If I am going to make something, I need quick and easy recipes to follow otherwise I lose focus. Quickly.
So when I spotted this take on breakfast favourite, bacon and eggs and then read that it only took about 20 minutes in total, I was sold. So much so, that I made it for supper on Friday night. Yes. Supper. It was good. So good, I made it again on Saturday for lunch so that I could photograph it. Who says breakfast has to be eaten in the morning?
